Public offer

1. General provisions

This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) by Viktoriya Gankova, INN 773581266010, registered as a payer of professional income tax in Russia (the “Provider”), addressed to any individual (the “User”) who accepts the Offer by paying for an Evigrade subscription.

Acceptance of the Offer means full and unconditional agreement with all its terms and is equivalent to entering into a written contract (Article 438 of the Russian Civil Code).

2. Definitions

Service – the website https://www.evigrade.com and the Evigrade Chrome extension, which provide composition analysis of cosmetic products and supplements.

Subscription – the User’s paid access to the Service’s premium features for the chosen plan and term.

Account – the /en/account section where the User manages the subscription.

3. Subject of the Offer

The Provider grants the User access to the paid features of the Service according to the chosen plan. The User pays for the access on the terms set out below.

The list of features per plan is published at /en/pricing and forms an integral part of the Offer.

4. Pricing and payment

The following subscription plans apply:

• Pro – 299 ₽ per month or 2 390 ₽ per year.
• Profi – 799 ₽ per month or 6 390 ₽ per year.
• Pro early-access plan for the first 1000 extension installs – 199 ₽ per month (monthly subscription only).

Prices are quoted in Russian rubles. VAT does not apply – the Provider operates under the Russian professional income tax regime.

Payment is processed by card via YooKassa (NCO YooMoney LLC). A receipt is sent automatically to the email associated with the subscription, in line with Federal Law No. 422-FZ of 27.11.2018.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the same price until the User cancels it in the Account.

5. Service delivery

Premium features are unlocked automatically once payment reaches the Provider – usually within minutes. The access term equals the chosen billing period (month or year).

The service is deemed delivered if the User had technical access to the chosen plan’s features during the billing period.

6. Refunds

The User may cancel the subscription and request a refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of payment, provided the premium features have not been actively used (no composition checks, stop-list edits, branded PDF exports, etc.).

To request a refund, send a free-form message to contact@evigrade.com with the payment date and the subscription email. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the request.

Auto-renewal can be cancelled in the Account at any time. After cancellation, access stays active until the end of the paid period; the unused portion is not refunded.

7. Rights and obligations

The Provider keeps the Service operational and protects Account data.

The Provider may change the Service features, the plan list, and the Offer with 14 days’ notice on the website. If the User disagrees with new terms, they may cancel and receive a refund for the unused period.

The User provides accurate registration data and does not share Account access with third parties.

8. Liability

Evigrade is informational and does not replace consultation with a doctor, pharmacist, or another qualified specialist. The Provider is not liable for decisions the User makes based on Service content.

The Provider is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Service caused by factors outside its control (provider outages, internet routing, third-party actions).

9. Term and changes to the Offer

The Offer takes effect when published and remains in force indefinitely. The current version is always available at /en/offer.

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Failing that, they are resolved under the laws of the Russian Federation.
