About the project
Evigrade is an evidence-based medical reference. It covers drugs, cosmetic ingredients, clinical calculators and interactions. Every entry goes through editorial review with source verification.
Why we build Evigrade
Western references such as Lexicomp, Medscape and UpToDate became inaccessible to users in Russia under sanctions. Independent domestic references shrank: some projects shut down after litigation, others moved behind expensive paywalls, others turned into supplement catalogues with sponsored content. Doctors, pharmacists and informed patients lost a place to quickly cross-check international guidelines in Russian. Evigrade fills that gap.
What is inside
A drug database with efficacy and safety ratings by drug–indication pairs. Cosmetic ingredient cards with an evidence breakdown. Clinical calculators and unit converters. Drug–drug interaction checks plus the effect of drugs on vitamin and mineral absorption. A browser extension that surfaces the ratings directly on marketplace pages.
Who is behind the project
The founder and editor-in-chief of Evigrade is a medical doctor with a primary-care background and editorial experience at a specialty medical journal. Editorial work involves invited clinical specialists and medical editors, and sources go through editorial review.
How we rate
Tiers from A to F are assigned by the editorial team based on GRADE and the Oxford CEBM Levels of Evidence. Ratings get re-evaluated when new randomised trials, meta-analyses or updated guidelines from international specialty associations appear. Details in the editorial methodology.
Independence
The editorial team has no direct commercial ties to drug or cosmetic manufacturers. Ratings do not depend on marketplace availability, advertising budgets or partnership requests.
Access
The drug database, cosmetic ingredients and clinical calculators are free. A Pro subscription removes the interaction-check limit, unlocks a personal stop-list and extended comparison. A Profi subscription opens a batch matrix for handling several patients at once and PDF reports branded with the clinic logo. Details on the pricing page.
