Lactobacillus/Arundinaria Gigantea Ferment Filtrate is the product of fermenting Arundinaria gigantea bamboo stalks (a species native to North America) with Lactobacillus bacteria. After 24-72 hours of fermentation the liquid is filtered. The filtrate contains silicates (bamboo is one of the best natural sources of organic silicon), amino acids, short peptides, oligosaccharides, and lactic-acid metabolites. Antioxidant – bamboo phenolic compounds. 4. Hydration booster – polysaccharides bind water. Actual evidence. Antioxidant activity of bamboo extracts and anti-inflammatory activity of lactobacillus lysate are documented in vitro.
