Equations from Nathan et al. (2008, ADAG study): eAG (mg/dL) = 28.7 × HbA1c − 46.7. NGSP/IFCC conversion: IFCC = 10.93 × NGSP − 23.5. Useful for patient communication about average glucose and diabetes control assessment.
